Dave, I believe we should stop all building related to all parties in the lawsuit.
No more permits.  This is clearly a breach of contract.  If we can’t trust them to pay there bills they agreed to pay, then how can we trust them with anything they do within the city limits.
Yes I know they paid the EMF but will not let us use the funds to run the city, so we have to raise taxes  on our citizens.  What BS!
I feel we should sue for punitive and compensatory damages.  I would like to be fair, unlike Neal Properties.
We have about 22,000 people in the City of Venice.  The pain and suffering should be worth about one million each.  So that brings the tab up to $22 billion.
This is not the only thing he is doing to the taxpayers to extort money from the them.
I could talk about School Impact fees but that is a different lawsuit.
There is a place in Heaven for those that deserve it.
