Sarasota County Libraries announce new mobile device app

 

SARASOTA COUNTY – Sarasota County Libraries and Historical Resources has launched a new all-in-one library mobile app, offering a new way to streamline your library experience.

 

The new app is compatible with Apple, Android and Amazon devices, enabling patrons to manage their accounts from the convenience of their devices. You can search the library catalog, renew items, place holds, download books, magazines and music. The app also allows you to view the event calendar, request a meeting room and browse resources for research and learning.

 

“We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and cultivating an innovative organization. This new app allows us enhance those services to the community,” said Sarasota County Libraries and Historical Resources Director Sarabeth Kalajian.
