Suncoast:  A shooting incident last night leads to a homicide investigation

On February 11th around midnight, the Bradenton Police Department responded to the 2100 block of 7th Avenue East for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found 24-year-old Joshua Gonzelez (date of birth December 4, 1994) of Bradenton deceased from injuries related to a shooting. While conducting the investigation, two other victims with injuries consistent to Gonzalez’s have been found. Detectives are currently working to determine if these cases are related.

Detectives are treating the investigation into Joshua Gonzelez’s death as a homicide.
