The City of North Port – Participate in the citizen survey to better understand how residents feel about the place they live
North Port Citizen Survey available
For the second year, the City of North Port is partnering with National Research Center, Inc. to conduct a citizen survey to better understand how residents feel about the place they live. The survey centers on community livability and includes questions about quality of life, safety, policies, demographics, and services.
Recently, a random and scientific sample of 2,000 households received invitations by mail. This year, there is also an opt-in version. Similar to the random mailed survey, the opt-in version can be done completely online. The results will be weighted and analyzed separately from the random and scientific sample.
Those residents who received one of the original mail surveys are encouraged to complete those instead of the opt-in version. The deadline to participate in either the random sample or opt-in survey is July 7th.
