Just stumbled on interesting info on Toscana Isle….the former RV Park in North Venice now residential project…..it has its own Community Development District (CDD)
Attached is a recent public notice of a bond proposal…..agenda for the Feb 2019 Meeting (see pg 44 for a good outline)..., tax bill from a local resident with CDD assessment(those folks are hit hard!),and a notice of $26 million dollar bond for improvements
Curious if any other recent developments include a CDD. Are you too?
