I have a story I would like to tell, it is the unjustified fact that twice in my life I have been unfairly evicted from my home because of not having as much money as my evictor. Just recently myself and another lady that I know of I am sure there are others have been made homeless and denied a chance to go in front of the judge after writing and request to see our day in court. We told the judge in the letter we timely and correctly dropped off at Venice county clerk of courts that we had receipts for all our rent that were in fact paid. This is a case that is clearly need to be looked into it is involving the miss use of tax payers money. xxxx management is doing some crooked unhumane housing on xxxxx st in warm mineral springs North Port. I have been a lot in my life and I now have been clean and sober in recovery for many years. It breaks my heart to watch a company that a wonderful woman Dr. Caufield started and called Rxxxx mxxxx in warm mineral springs to house mental health clients on disability have permanent safe case managed homes. In the last 2 year’s I watched because I was a resident of this community. I was sent to them from Bayside Hospital to get help with my short term memory problem. I did very well and started painting everything that rxxxx mxxxx was meant to be it was. Then xxxx xxxx told the homeless project that he could handle the homeless. What he did not tell them and what no one knows is he handled this by getting all the residents out and putting all his payed for every 90 days in and out from shifts program and corner Stone. And 80 % go back to the streets after the 90 days. Some get 2 paid . I paid rent my roommate paid rent we were evicted so he could replace all permanent resident we were made homeless this needs to get out there. They have expensive lawyer’s they could be paying to help people with all the money they waste destroying people lives it is a moral disgrace. Please just ask all the good case managers that tryed to fight this and got fired Robin Dxxxx, Todd Axxx they will confirm my story. Dawn xxx a resident died over the stress they caused her. It is not the case manager actually 2 started a good healthy community in Port Charlotte after they were fired Dr Kxx. Please ask Linda Cxxxx she is at hotel x in Venice but in a few days she will be back in her car homeless they evicted her she had all her receipts 2 year’s and the judge ignored her request also they have a judge in their pockets. How else can the judge stamp all these evictions and ignore all of our request bo court date!!!! What year is this what century what country not the one I studied about in school not the one my father went to imja Jima as a marine for, my nephew fighting in Afghanistan for. I could expect this in that country. I want this to be out in the open. Justice for all in America not just the ones who buy a judge.
