** Update **

I gave Justin from Sharky’s/Fins a call, regarding the valet parking.
I think the amount of spaces taken stood out because about a week or two ago, they put cones out to direct the traffic flow and to work around some city construction of a peir, which should end this weekend.
Valet parking at Sharky’s On the Pier is COMPLETELY FREE AND COMPLIMENTARY to all, meaning beach goers and people visiting the two restaurants. Actually, Sharky’s pays the company to ensure that it is complimentary and NO FEE!!!
I have to say that I visit the pier a lot as a beach goer and I never have any issue with access. Actually, Fin’s lets me sit in their chairs on the second floor, so that I can enjoy the beauty and fresh sea breeze. Parking is a pain during season, but that is what we get living in Florida……………..
Justin is very receptive to people that have any issues with Sharky’s, so if you ever have a concern reach out to him. I am sure he will work through any issues that you may have….

want something real to talk about? how about the parking situation at Sharky’s/ Venice fishing pier? the Valet dudes hijacked the public parking, putting up cones and preventing beachgoers to find a parking spot, the attendant parks his cars in the handicapped spots…..the motorcylce parking area is taken over by 2 cardboard recycling bins, owned by a church where the Venice building inspector works…the access to public beach is blocked by the restaurant, with bamboo gates….and so on…😡
