To The Scoop News - On my way home I saw this cow in serious distress.
Michael Cecil
On my way home I saw this cow in serious distress. I stopped and called Animal Services who arrived promptly. The officer that came called for one of their agriculture deputies who arrived shortly after. They dispatched the animal which was the best thing for it. They called owner and he said the cow had had issues and he thought she may have eaten barb wire? I don’t know why he hadn’t gotten her more help before she suffered like this. I thank the officers for their prompt service and helping this suffering to end.
